View-only PDF sharing controls
PDFtoLink now lets uploaders decide whether a shared PDF page should show download controls.
- New uploads include an "Allow PDF download" option on the homepage upload form.
- The option is enabled by default, so the normal sharing workflow stays unchanged.
- Turning it off hides the download buttons on the shared PDF viewer page.
- Existing PDF links remain downloadable by default.
- The viewer still renders the PDF online, so this is a practical sharing control rather than DRM.
